American IPA brewed with Malteurop Pilsen malt, wheat, and dextrin malt and hopped heavily with Mosaic® (T-90s, Dynaboost®, and Cryo) throughout. Pale golden in color with bright notes of cannabis, mango, citrus zest, and light berry, balanced by a soft malt backbone, moderate bitterness, and a clean, crisp finish.

Hazy Pale Ale brewed with huge portions of wheat and dry hopped with Citra® and Nelson Sauvin™. Notes of lemon peel, grapefruit, and pine with a soft mouthfeel.

Hazy IPA brewed with Michigan grown Cashmere from Top Hops Farm. Notes of ripe peach, nectarine, and pineapple.

Double dry-hopped hazy IPA brewed with pilsner malt, wheat, and unmalted wheat, then saturated with Galaxy™, Mosaic®, and Citra®. Pale golden and opaque, bursting with aromas of passionfruit, mango, ripe citrus, and sweet berry. The palate follows with juicy tropical fruit and citrus zest, balanced by a soft, pillowy malt body and low bitterness, finishing smooth, saturated, and expressive.

Imperial pilsner brewed with Vienna malt and fonio, an ancient African grain that that requires no fertilizer, no pesticide, no irrigation, and no chemical inputs. The fonio brings tropical notes balanced by classic Czech Saaz hop character.

West Coast Pilsner brewed with Pilsner malt and hopped with Citra®, Simcoe®, and Mosaic®. Aromas of stone fruit, grapefruit, and light cannabis with a firm bitterness.

German-style Pilsner brewed with Ohio-grown Origin Pilsner malt and German Saphir and Callista hops. Snappy with notes of lemon, herbal, and floral aromas.

Light lager brewed with pilsner malt. Light, crisp, and refreshing.

Belgian-style witbier brewed with large amounts of malted and unmalted wheat along with coriander, grains of paradise, lemon peel, and orange peel. Soft fluffy mouthfeel with citrus, stone fruit, and light spice notes.

Tart raspberry ale brewed with raspberry concentrate and lightly backsweetened with raspberry concentrate. Layers of ripe berries and refreshingly tart with a hint of sweetness.

Milk Stout brewed with a blend of English crystal and roasted malts and lactose. Notes of chocolate, vanilla, and sweet toffee. *contains lactose*

English-style brown porter brewed with Simpsons Golden Naked Oats and T50 alongside Munich, brown and pale chocolate malts. Notes of toast, toffee, chocolate, and light roast.

Drawing inspiration from a brown sugar, cinnamon pastry enjoyed at breakfast tables everywhere, this dark spiced ale features warming cinnamon, deep brown sugar sweetness, and hints of vanilla. Innovation idea submitted by Joey.

Coffee Stout brewed with oats along with layers of crystal, dark crystal, and chocolate malts. This beer was recirculated on Brioso Espresso Milano coffee beans, and Brootlegg cold brew concentrate made from the same beans was added to the brite tank. Notes of robust coffee, chocolate, vanilla, and roast.
