Named after the ancient Mesopotamian goddess of war, love, and fertility, this Dark Saison was brewed in collaboration with our friends at Yellow Springs Brewery. Brewed with French Pilsen, Barke Vienna, Malted and Flaked Rye, Caraaroma, and Carafa Special III for layers of dark fruit, spice, and cocoa. Fermented with our favorite farmhouse ale yeast and conditioned on mahlab for a delicate cherry-almond finish. Dry, complex, and deeply expressive.

New Zealand IPA brewed with Malteruop Pilsner, Malteruop Vienna, and Rahr Dextrin and hopped with Nelson Sauvin™, Motueka™, and Nectaron®. Notes of tropical fruit, white grape, and lime.

Hoppy Session Ale brewed with Simcoe® and Mosaic®, Notes of stone fruit, mango, and cannabis.

Inspired by long hot days on the course, this session ale satisfies our hop craving with juicy notes of orange and tropical fruit, while a lower ABV lets you enjoy it throughout a long afternoon or late night. Hazy pale ale brewed with huge portions of wheat and dry hopped with Citra®, Centennial, Amarillo® Cryo, and Loral® Cryo. Notes of lemon peel, grapefruit, and pine with a soft mouthfeel.

Hazy IPA brewed with Michigan grown Cashmere from Top Hops Farm. Notes of ripe peach, nectarine, and pineapple.

Imperial pilsner brewed with Vienna malt and fonio, an ancient African grain that that requires no fertilizer, no pesticide, no irrigation, and no chemical inputs. The fonio brings tropical notes balanced by classic Czech Saaz hop character.

West Coast Pilsner brewed with Pilsner malt and hopped with Citra®, Simcoe®, and Mosaic®. Aromas of stone fruit, grapefruit, and light cannabis with a firm bitterness.

German-style Pilsner brewed with Ohio-grown Origin Pilsner malt and German Saphir and Callista hops. Snappy with notes of lemon, herbal, and floral aromas.

Light lager brewed with pilsner malt. Light, crisp, and refreshing.

Wine-Beer Hybrid brewed with Pilsner and Vienna malts and fermented with Chardonnay grape concentrate for a bright, effervescent profile. Notes of green apple, pear, and white grape with delicate floral aromatics and a crisp, sparkling finish.

Wine-Beer Hybrid brewed with Chardonnay grapes and grapefruit concentrate. Notes of grapefruit and sparkling white wine.

Malty winter ale brewed with British Caramel Malts and spiced with cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and orange peel. Notes of warm baking spices balanced by a malty backbone.

Milk Stout brewed with a blend of English crystal and roasted malts and lactose. Notes of chocolate, vanilla, and sweet toffee. *contains lactose*

Drawing inspiration from a brown sugar, cinnamon pastry enjoyed at breakfast tables everywhere, this dark spiced ale features warming cinnamon, deep brown sugar sweetness, and hints of vanilla. Innovation idea submitted by Joey.

Coffee Stout brewed with oats along with layers of crystal, dark crystal, and chocolate malts. This beer was recirculated on 2#/bbl of Brioso Espresso Milano, and Brootlegg cold brew concentrate made from the same beans was added to the bright tank. Notes of robust coffee, chocolate, vanilla, and roast.
