West Coast IPA brewed with Strata™, Simcoe®, Mosaic®, and Chinook hops. Golden in color, firmly bitter with notes of citrus, cannabis, and pineapple.

Session IPA brewed with Malteurop Pilsen, Simpsons Golden Promise, and Rahr Dextrin Malt, dry hopped with Krush®, Nelson Sauvin™, and Idaho 7®. Notes of mango, passionfruit, and stone fruit with a bright bitterness and clean, approachable finish.

This experimental extra pale ale is brewed with a simple base of Pilsen and wheat malts to highlight a continuous additions of HBC 1183 from Yakima Chief Hops' FWD Program. Notes of bright lime zest and tropical fruit are supported by a clean, lean malt profile and a firm, refreshing bitterness.

Hazy pale ale brewed with huge portions of wheat and dry hopped with Citra®, Idaho 7®, and CTZ. Notes of lemon peel, grapefruit, and pine with a soft mouthfeel.

Hazy IPA brewed with pilsner malt, wheat malt, crystal wheat, and unmalted wheat and hopped with Galaxy™, Ekuanot® Cryo, and Azacca® Cryo. Pale golden and hazy with aromas of passionfruit, citrus, and tropical fruit, followed by flavors of mango, pineapple, and orange with a soft body and low bitterness.

This Symposium Series exclusive is brewed with malted and unmalted wheat and a heavy-hitting lineup of Citra Dynaboost™, Citra® Cryo®, Krush® Cryo Fresh®, and Dolcita™ hops. Notes of saturated mango, passionfruit, and candied orange zest are balanced by a soft, pillowy mouthfeel.

This Maibock is brewed with a complex blend of Weyermann® Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malts and hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Saaz. Notes of rich, toasted bread and honey are balanced by a delicate herbal and spicy hop character with a smooth, warming finish.

Light lager brewed with pilsner malt. Light, crisp, and refreshing.

Pilsner brewed with Ohio-grown Origin Pilsner malt and hopped Motueka™ and Hallertau Blanc hops. Snappy with notes of citrus. white grape, and floral with a firm bitterness.

Our collaboration with our friends from MadTree - SMaSH Pilsner brewed with Weyermann Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner Malt and Adeena hops from Roy Farms. Notes of rich, complex malt character with delicate floral, citrus, and herbal aromas.

This Pilsner is brewed with a base of Ohio-grown Origin Pilsner and Vienna malts and hopped throughout the process with American-grown Adeena® and German-grown Saphir. Notes of rich, crackery malt are balanced by delicate floral, herbal, and citrus hop aromas with a crisp, snappy finish

Tart raspberry ale brewed with raspberry concentrate and lightly backsweetened with raspberry concentrate. Layers of ripe berries and refreshingly tart with a hint of sweetness.

Milk Stout brewed with a blend of English crystal and roasted malts and lactose. Notes of chocolate, vanilla, and sweet toffee. *contains lactose*
