This Japanese-style rice lager—named for the Japanese word for barley—is brewed with Ohio grown Origin Pilsen malt and puffed Jasmine Rice. Light and refreshing beer with a lightly floral nose.
Our Premium Lager recirculated on Lime and New Mexican Hatch Chiles.
Belgian-style witbier brewed with large amounts of malted and unmalted wheat along with coriander, grains of paradise, lemon peel, and orange peel. Soft fluffy mouthfeel with citrus, stone fruit, and light spice notes.
Our most popular IPA brewed with Simcoe®, Cashmere, and Mosaic®. Notes of tangerine, stone fruit, and grapefruit.
Hazy pale ale brewed with huge portions of wheat and dry hopped with Citra®, Centennial, Amarillo® Cryo, and Loral® Cryo. Notes of lemon peel, grapefruit, and pine with a soft mouthfeel.
House-made cider. Fermented with our house yeast and backsweetend with tangerine concentrate.
The Land-Grant Cultivation Program encourages the entire staff at Land-Grant to advance our innovation initiatives through the suggestion and development of experimental and creative new beer recipes and concepts.
