IPA brewed with experimental hop HBC 630 and Idaho 7® Cryo. Notes of tropical fruit, berry, and citrus.
Our most popular IPA brewed with Simcoe®, Cashmere, and Mosaic®. Notes of tangerine, stone fruit, and grapefruit.
Vienna-style lager brewed with Best Vienna and Weyermann® Barke Vienna malts. Copper with notes of bread and toast.
German-style Festbier brewed with Ohio-grown Origin Pilsner and German Perle hops. Golden with notes of bread and balanced noble hop aroma and bitterness.
Wine-Beer Hybrid brewed with Chardonnay grapes and grapefruit concentrate. Notes of grapefruit and sparkling white wine.
Wine-Beer Hybrid brewed with Chardonnay grape must and Tangerine Concentrate. Notes of tangerine, orange, and sparkling white wine - like a brunch mimosa.
Milk Stout brewed with a blend of English crystal and roasted malts and lactose. Notes of chocolate, vanilla, and sweet toffee. *contains lactose*
House-made cider. Fermented with our house yeast and backsweetend with tangerine concentrate.
Lambrusco-style wine made with Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel and fermented with our favorite Belgian yeast strain. Notes of berry, spice, and dark fruit.
The Land-Grant Cultivation Program encourages the entire staff at Land-Grant to advance our innovation initiatives through the suggestion and development of experimental and creative new beer recipes and concepts.
