
Welcome to the Extension. This space serves as the home for Land-Grant Brewing’s innovation initiatives: exciting new beers from our employee-driven Culitvation Program, house crafted ciders, and original draft cocktails.
Double IPA brewed with Citra®, Mosaic®, Nelson Sauvin™. Notes of grapefruit, pineapple, and cannabis.

Our most popular IPA brewed with Simcoe®, Cashmere, and Mosaic®. Notes of tangerine, stone fruit, and grapefruit.

Our collaboration with our friends from MadTree - SMaSH Pilsner brewed with Weyermann Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner Malt and Adeena hops from Roy Farms. Notes of rich, complex malt character with delicate floral, citrus, and herbal aromas.

Light lager brewed with pilsner malt. Light, crisp, and refreshing.

Wine-Beer Hybrid brewed with Chardonnay grapes, lemon, lemon peel, coriander, juniper berries, and rosemary. Notes of lemon, juniper, light spice, and sparkling white wine.

Milk Stout brewed with a blend of English crystal and roasted malts and lactose. Notes of chocolate, vanilla, and sweet toffee. *contains lactose*

Barleywine brewed with Simpsons Maris Otter, Caramalt, T50, DRC, and Crystal Medium. Aged in Weller Single Barrel Select from The Top for 22 months. Notes of bourbon, chocolate, dark fruit, and delicate vanilla and oak. Brewed in collaboraiton with Gemut.

House-made cider. Fermented with our house yeast and backsweetend with tangerine concentrate.

Lambrusco-style wine made with Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel and fermented with our favorite Belgian yeast strain. Notes of berry, spice, and dark fruit.

The Land-Grant Cultivation Program encourages the entire staff at Land-Grant to advance our innovation initiatives through the suggestion and development of experimental and creative new beer recipes and concepts.
