Welcome to the Extension. This space serves as the home for Land-Grant Brewing’s innovation initiatives: exciting new beers from our employee-driven Culitvation Program, house crafted ciders, and original draft cocktails.
Wine-Beer Hybrid brewed with Sauvignon Blanc grape must and Nelson Sauvin™ and Hallertau Blanc hops. Notes of passionfruit, grapefruit, and white grapes.
Japanese Rice Lager brewed with puffed jasmine rice and plum. Notes of plum and rice with subtle floral aromas. Innovation beer submitted by Bobby.
Dark lager brewed with Ohio-grown Origin Pilsner and Munich malts, along with Vienna, steamed C40, and chocolate malt. Notes of bread, toast, and light chocolate.
Brewed with German Pilsner, Munich, and Vienna malts, German hops, and German yeast. Bready with sweet, toasty malt aromas and flavors and balanced noble hop character.
IPA brewed with wet Strata® shipped overnight from Crosby Hops in Woodburn, Oregon. Notes of cannabis, berries, and citrus.
Red IPA brewed with wet Chinook and dry hopped with Cascade. All hops from Top Hops in Goodrich, Michigan. Aromas of tropical and citrus fruit with light woody notes.
Brewed with Simpsons Golden Promise and Steamed Crystal 40 and Chinook, Idaho 7®, Columbus Cryo, and HBC 522 hop hash. Aromas of tropical fruit and cannabis. Innovation beer submitted by Eric.
House-made cider. Fermented with our house yeast and backsweetend with tangerine concentrate.
The Land-Grant Cultivation Program encourages the entire staff at Land-Grant to advance our innovation initiatives through the suggestion and development of experimental and creative new beer recipes and concepts.
